We are currently seeking a Data Analyst / Datamarshall with experience in handling, cross-referencing, and analyzing databases within the Contact Center sector. Main Responsibilities: Cross-referencing and analyzing databases. Preparing statistical reports and dashboards. Presenting results and services. Commercial data analysis and campaign management. Data modeling, transformation, and ingestion. Statistical analysis for process optimization. Required Knowledge: SQL / NoSQL and relational and non-relational data modeling. Python for data analysis and processing. Data exploration, transformation, and ingestion techniques. Statistical software packages (SAS, SPSS, R, or others). BI tools: Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos, SAS, or similar. Advanced proficiency in: MS Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas) Power BI Intermediate level in MS Access, Word, and PowerPoint. Applied statistical and mathematical analysis to business processes. Database handling and analysis, as well as statistical techniques. Requirements: University student from the 7th semester onward, or graduate in: Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as: Datamarshall Campaign Manager Data Analyst in Contact Centers. Knowledge of: SQL Server, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Big Data, and Contact Center operations. Excellent spelling, typing skills, and analytical ability.
