Ensure proper organization, custody, and digitization of employment records and payroll documents, guaranteeing compliance with archival regulations and data protection laws. Your main responsibilities: Employment Records Organization: Classify, paginate, and label files (physical and digital) for new hires. Archival Management: Manage box inventory, control folder lending, and handle transfers to the central archive. Digital Transformation: Scan, index, and upload contracts and social security documents to the cloud or document management software. Incident Control: Organize duly signed supporting documents for affiliations, leaves of absence, and vacations. Audit and Compliance: Verify that files comply with applicable laws and ensure confidentiality of information (PCI/GDPR). What are we looking for? Education: Technical or Technologist student in Document Management, Archival Organization, Secretarial Studies, or Administration. (Eligible for apprenticeship contract). Skills: Proficiency in Excel (databases), use of scanners and office tools. Profile: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ethics in handling sensitive information.
