Position Summary: We are seeking External Payroll-Deductible Credit Executives to acquire and approach customers, offering credit products to retirees with high discipline and verbal fluency. A renowned multinational financial services company is seeking top-performing External Payroll-Deductible Credit Executives to work in Jamundí. The primary responsibilities of this role include organizing a daily work plan, cold calling, customer acquisition, customer outreach, and placement of payroll-deductible credit products—primarily targeting retirees. We seek commercial professionals with high discipline, excellent verbal fluency, and experience in the financial sector or intangible goods. Mandatory Requirements: High school diploma or higher. Minimum 6 months of external sales experience in intangible goods within the financial sector (preferably payroll-deductible credits, insurance, prepaid health plans, pensions, or severance funds). Strong field-oriented profile, accustomed to working under a structured work plan and meeting targets. Call center, TAT, PAP, or microcredit experience does not apply. Offer Conditions: Contract: Fixed-term contract directly with the company from day one. Salary: Base salary of $1,750,905 + all statutory benefits. Commissions: 100% statutory, uncapped (expected average monthly income exceeding $4,500,000). Schedule: Monday to Saturday (44 weekly hours per current legal maximum working hours). Availability required from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Training: Fully paid and conducted under contract starting on day one (duration: 5–7 days).
