The primary objective is to ensure proper execution and quality in the installation, splicing, and maintenance of fiber optic networks—both in the field and within internal plants or data centers. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Experience:** Minimum one (1) year in the telecommunications sector. * **Knowledge:** Solid experience in fiber optic splicing and personnel management. * **Tool Handling:** Proficiency with OTDR, fusion splicer, and power meter. * **Technical Skills:** Installation of infrastructure (conduits, raceways), handling of splice closures, management of node cross-connections and remote hands. * **Certifications:** Advanced height training course (valid or expired). * **Physical Requirements:** Ability to perform ascents, descents, and work in confined spaces. **Offer Conditions:** * **Employment:** Direct employment by the company with job stability. * **Availability:** Full-time. * **Compensation:** Statutory benefits plus overtime pay. * **Location:** Bogotá and surrounding areas. **Apply now!** Workplace: On-site employment
