Therefore, we seek a proactive, technical, and action-oriented professional capable of leading the graphic process from start to finish and delivering outstanding results. **Purpose of the Position** Design, prepare, and produce printed graphic materials, ensuring proper file preparation, efficient operation of printing equipment, and compliance with the company’s quality, productivity, and delivery-time standards. Key Responsibilities * Prepare files for production (prepress), verifying resolution, color profiles, bleeds, and technical specifications. * Operate digital printing machines, large-format printers, plotters, and other graphic production equipment. * Perform color adjustments, calibration, and basic preventive maintenance on equipment. * Execute printing processes on various substrates such as vinyl, banner, and other materials. * Perform finishing tasks including laminating and trimming. * Verify quality at every stage of the production process. * Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely deliveries. * Optimize material usage, reducing waste and rework. * Maintain organized digital files and ensure proper functioning of equipment. * Comply with safety regulations and internal production procedures. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Production, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in graphic design and printing. * Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw**. * Experience with RIP software and printing applications. * Knowledge of prepress, file preparation, and color management. * Experience operating digital printing machines, large-format printers, plotters, or industrial printers. * Familiarity with graphic materials, printing processes, and finishing techniques. * Experience in vinyl installation and laminating (desirable). * Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
