




Position Summary: Facilitate in-person and virtual training solutions, manage time effectively, and maintain up-to-date knowledge to support participants and contribute to program development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Deliver high-quality training and learning solutions 2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge and subject-matter expertise 3. Actively collaborate with the Delivery team * Deliver/facilitate high-quality, in-person and virtual training and learning solutions to meet each course’s established objectives, aligning them with business goals and needs. * Manage time effectively to plan, organize, and deliver learning programs promptly, meeting course objectives according to scheduled class times. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge and subject-matter expertise regarding regulatory and procedural requirements, as well as relevant client systems, to minimize risks. * Provide leadership support to participants. * Provide support to Production for classes and initiatives as needed. * Maintain familiarity with client systems to support participants in their use. * Actively collaborate with the broader Delivery team to maximize delivery capacity across the group. * Provide support and expertise in designing and developing new and existing programs when required. * Ensure all training is evaluated effectively and efficiently using appropriate documentation and/or systems, and use this information to improve personal and course effectiveness. * Build constructive, value-added relationships with key internal and external stakeholders as needed. Proactively address any issues associated with client delivery, ensuring responsible parties identify and take necessary actions. * Comply with all process requirements from both the Client and GP (e.g., mandatory training). * Keep the **Instructor Diary** up to date to ensure all customer support activities are accurately recorded and reportable. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience delivering in-person and virtual courses * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales force training Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance industry training * **Personal Skills:** * Effective communication * Public speaking proficiency * Group facilitation * Teamwork Service-oriented attitude * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) * Knowledge of virtual classroom tools * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, Communications, or Marketing
