Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Graphic Designer with experience in the lithographic sector to develop designs, perform printing, and produce plates—ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Key role in the production team **Objective** We are looking for a Graphic Designer with at least two (2\) years of experience in the lithographic sector to join our production team. **Job Profile** We seek a creative, organized, and results-oriented individual responsible for designing, printing, and producing plates for requested services—ensuring quality, compliance with client requirements, and adherence to established delivery timelines. **Academic Qualifications** * Technical or technological degree in Graphic Design or related fields. * Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator. * Basic knowledge of office productivity tools. * Experience in prepress processes. **Required Experience** * Minimum two (2\) years of certified experience in the lithographic sector. * Demonstrable experience in graphic arts, plate assembly, and file preparation for printing. * Knowledge of final artwork review and approval. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze and execute production orders according to priority. * Design, print, and produce plates according to client specifications. * Receive, organize, and store files sent by clients. * Review and validate designs before closing each production order. * Deliver plates and samples to the production department. * Perform numbering and assembly of assigned jobs. * Report any issues to the production department. * Keep production system data up to date. * Design and publish the monthly corporate newsletter. * Ensure proper operation and maintenance of work equipment and tools. * Comply with occupational health and safety protocols. **Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Planning and organization. * Teamwork. * Assertive communication. * Customer orientation. * Results orientation. * Ethics and responsibility.
