Do you have experience in technological infrastructure monitoring and incident management? Required Profile Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. Minimum two (2) years of experience performing duties as a Monitoring Operator. Knowledge of technological infrastructure, applications, networks, and IT services monitoring. Ability to analyze, manage incidents, and track alerts. Main Responsibilities Monitor the availability and performance of the technological infrastructure. Detect, log, escalate, and track incidents and alerts. Validate the proper functioning of platforms, applications, and services. Track critical events to ensure timely response. Generate monitoring and operational updates reports. Execute operational and support procedures according to established guidelines. Maintain ongoing communication with technical teams for incident management. Working Conditions Salary: $1,900,000 + food allowance of $250,000 + statutory benefits. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 2 months (vacation coverage). Schedule: Monday to Friday on shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Every other Saturday remotely from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 44-hour workweek.
