Job Summary: Support the Communications Department in producing digital content, graphic design, photography, and video to strengthen corporate image and project visibility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and schedule digital content for social media and campaigns. 2. Conduct photographic and audiovisual documentation of projects and events. 3. Manage the visual resource library and brand identity. **POSITION PURPOSE** Support the Communications Department in producing digital content, graphic design, photography, and video, contributing to strengthening the corporate image of Acero Más Concreto and enhancing the visibility of its projects across internal and external communication channels. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** *Social Media and Digital Content:* * Create and schedule content for the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). * Design graphic assets for internal and external communication campaigns. * Assist in managing and updating the corporate website and other digital channels. *Graphic Design and Visual Materials:* * Maintain the visual resource library and brand identity up to date. *Video and Photography:* * Conduct photographic and audiovisual documentation of projects, events, and company activities. * Edit and produce institutional videos, reels, and audiovisual content for social media. * Organize and manage the company’s photo and video archives. **REQUIRED PROFILE** *Academic Background:* * Student in the practical training phase of Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Advertising, or related fields. * Must have official endorsement from the educational institution to begin professional practice or an apprenticeship contract. *Technical Knowledge:* * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects. * Social media management and content scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar). * Basic knowledge of photography and video editing. * Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Figma (desirable). **Education Level:** * Technical \- Technologist \- Professional **Industry Sectors:** * Architecture, Graphic Arts, and Related Design * Marketing and Advertising **Interpersonal Skills:** * Effective communication * Teamwork * Creativity and innovation Work Location: On-site employment
