Job Summary: Nursing assistant for customer service, handling calls for reporting workplace accidents, authorizing services, and coordinating appointments. Key Highlights: 1. NURSING ASSISTANTS Responsibilities: Answer the customer service line of ARL Colmena. Handle calls for reporting workplace accidents, authorize services, conduct follow-ups, coordinate appointments, surgeries, or transfers, and manage documents. · Experience: Minimum 6 months in any of the following areas: Emergency Care, Orthopedics, Inpatient Care, Traumatology, Home Care, Elderly Care, Geriatric Homes, Ambulance Crew, or Administrative Areas of an EPS, Hospital, or Clinic. Internships are not considered valid work experience. Education: Technical Nursing Assistant (Diploma or Degree Certificate). What do we offer? Contract: Fixed-term for 4 months, automatically renewable. Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week. Only 44 working hours per week. Rotating shifts 7 × 24. Initially, daytime shifts starting as early as 6:00 AM and ending as late as 10:00 PM; after 6 months, rotation includes all shifts, including night shifts. Salary: $2,000,000 + Variable + Transportation Allowance $250,000 + Statutory Benefits + Overtime Pay + Motivational Plan Payments via Payroll. Training: 35 days of in-person and virtual training, beginning on April 20, paid at $20,000 per day.
