




Job Summary: Handle ARL Colmena’s customer service line for reporting occupational accidents, authorizing services, and scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling of documentation related to health services NURSING ASSISTANTS Responsibilities: Answer ARL Colmena’s customer service line. Handle calls for reporting occupational accidents, authorizing services, follow-ups, scheduling appointments, surgeries or transfers, and managing documents. · Experience: Minimum 6 months in any of the following areas: Emergency, Orthopedics, Traumatology, or Clinical Assistance. Internships are not valid as work experience. Education: Nursing Assistant Technical Degree (Diploma or graduation certificate). What do we offer? Contract: Fixed-term for 4 months, automatically renewable Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week. Only 44 working hours per week. Rotating shifts 7 × 24. Initially, daytime shifts starting as early as 6:00 AM and ending as late as 10:00 PM; after 6 months, rotation includes all shifts, including night shifts. Salary: $2,000,000 + variable pay + transportation allowance $250,000 + statutory benefits + overtime premiums + motivational plan payments via payroll. Training: 35 days of in-person and virtual training, beginning April 20, paid at $20,000 per day.
