We are looking for technicians, technologists, or university students from the sixth semester onwards in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Telematics, Computer Science, or related fields. ITIL Foundation V4 certification and a minimum of 18 months of experience in service desks, technical support, user assistance, remote support, and/or on-site support are required. At least 12 months of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of technological equipment—including servers, storage devices, desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, videoconferencing systems, televisions, smart displays, switches, and access points (AP)—is mandatory. Customer service skills, teamwork, and technological incident resolution capabilities are highly valued. Salary: To be agreed upon. Work Modality: On-site.
