Job Summary: Procurement Coordinator responsible for managing inventories, logistics, and suppliers to ensure operational continuity and efficient device flow. Key Highlights: 1. Manages inventories, logistics, and suppliers nationwide 2. Coordinates packaging, transportation, and maintenance of devices 3. Develops contingency plans and delivers KPI reports Procurement Coordinator, responsible for ensuring operational continuity through proper management of inventories, logistics, and suppliers nationwide. This role is critical for anticipating needs, optimizing resources, and guaranteeing efficient device flow across all our locations. 1. Receive and fulfill procurement requests for electronic devices originating from various cities. 2. Monitor device, accessory, and component inventory daily. 3. Determine optimal stock levels based on historical analysis and safety stock at each location. 4. Coordinate packaging and transportation of devices for relocation. 5. Coordinate unit maintenance. 6. Develop contingency plans aimed at preventing stockouts. 7. Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports and metrics, including customer KPIs. 8.
