Job Description As a Security Assistant at [24]7.ai, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of personnel and facilities. Your daily tasks will include monitoring access and implementing physical security measures. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our office in Pereira. · Monitor compliance with company security measures Rotating shifts Record daily activities and daily particularities Periodic Activities Comply with applicable regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures established by 24/7 and/or any of its clients. Metal detector screening Mechanical or manual access control. · Requirements Minimum one year of experience in similar positions Personal vehicle Availability for rotating shifts Proficiency in personnel security and management of physical protection measures. Knowledge of cybersecurity and ability to implement technological protection solutions. Ability to communicate effectively and deliver customer service. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment. Basic training in physical security functions (security guard, logistics, operator of technological equipment...)
