Job Summary: We are seeking a Special Educator to support educational inclusion, manage Individualized Reasonable Adjustment Plans (PIAR) and related documentation, and accompany students with support needs. At **ESCOLE**, we are looking for a **Special Educator** to strengthen our **Raíces Node**, a team dedicated to inclusive education and the comprehensive support of our students. **What will be your purpose?** Provide technical, pedagogical, and administrative support in inclusion processes, ensuring the development, updating, and monitoring of Individualized Reasonable Adjustment Plans (PIAR) and the management of area-related documentation. **Responsibilities** * Develop, update, and monitor PIARs. * Manage reports, minutes, and administrative documentation. * Support operational processes related to inclusive education. * Ensure the quality and organization of documentation. * Accompany processes for supporting students with educational support needs. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Special Education**. * Experience in educational institutions and inclusion processes. * Knowledge of **Law 115 of 1994**, **Decree 1421 of 2017**, **Universal Design for Learning (UDL)**, and PIAR development. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
