Guarantee customer requirement satisfaction At Media Commerce, we are seeking a Support Engineer based in Pereira, responsible for managing the proper implementation of data services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and guaranteeing customer requirement satisfaction; additionally, this role will handle the release of logical resources when the customer discontinues the service, ensuring correct technical and operational execution of processes.
