




Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Engineer to lead the implementation and management of ITSM tools, ensuring their integration and proper operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and migration of ITSM tools. 2. Collaborate in understanding technical and functional requirements. 3. Provide technical support and resolve incidents. A prominent IT-sector company is looking for professionals with degrees in Systems Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields for the position of Support Engineer. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in ITSM tool implementation and management. The following certifications are required: ServiceDesk Plus by ManageEngine ITIL v4 Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate the implementation, migration, and stabilization of the ITSM tool. Collaborate with the team to understand the tool’s technical and functional requirements. Perform advanced configurations and customizations of the ITSM tool. Ensure integration of the new tool with existing systems and applications. Conduct technical testing to ensure proper operation in the production environment. Provide technical support and resolve any incident or technical issue related to the ITSM tool.
