Responsibilities: Intraday Monitoring: Real-time tracking of key metrics such as SLA, agent adherence, and occupancy by interval. Action Plans: Execute corrective adjustments in response to operational deviations to stabilize service levels. Alert Management: Bilingual communication and real-time reporting of incidents directly to the client or account directors. Documentation: Record operational processes and incidents to optimize shift and capacity management. · Requirements: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Forms. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly. Systems Technology student (eligible for apprenticeship contract).
