We are looking for a Talent Attraction Analyst to join our Human Talent team, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field; the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive and complex recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts, evaluates, and hires the best market talent.
**Responsibilities:**
Your mission will be to manage the full recruitment cycle, from strategy to candidate submission for hiring.
* Strategic Management: Oversee personnel recruitment while ensuring compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
* Talent Assessment: Conduct competency-based interviews (individual and group), administer and interpret psychometric tests to ensure candidate suitability.
* Strategy Design: Develop innovative recruitment plans to attract suitable profiles, especially for large-scale operational and tactical positions.
* Relationship Management: Maintain constant communication and close collaboration with area leaders to deeply understand their needs and expectations.
* Documentation and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and competency-based interview assessments.
* End-to-End Tracking: Monitor each stage of the recruitment process until effective hiring closure.
* Other Duties: Support assigned tasks related to the Human Talent area.

* **Contract:** Indefinite term.
* **On-site schedule. Week I:** Monday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (two Saturdays per month). **Week II:** Monday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
**Requirements:**
* Psychology degree.
* Minimum 2 **years** of verifiable experience in similar roles.
* Proven experience in the services sector, with expert handling of large-scale processes, primarily focused on commercial and operational profiles.
* Proficiency in competency-based interviews, assessment centers, and psychometric test batteries.
