




Job Summary: This role is responsible for network installation, equipment management, technical support to users, preventive maintenance, software configuration, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and maintenance of computer networks and equipment. 2. Technical support and incident handling for users. 3. Software configuration and administrative support. 1. Install cabling and components for microcomputer networks according to technical guidelines. 2. Receive, process, and coordinate work orders for computing equipment. 3. Organize and archive information backup media according to established procedures. 4. Perform essential tasks upon client request, such as equipment inventories and preventive maintenance for computing equipment. 5. Receive, handle, and/or route calls related to computer technical support from the client’s users. Excludes server and telematics services. 6. Respond to reports requiring on-site visits to address user inquiries and computer malfunctions at the client’s premises. Excludes server and telematics services. 7. Install and configure software including operating systems, Office suites, antivirus, and utility software. Installation of proprietary software following prior client training. 8. Perform various administrative support tasks, such as preparing reports, processing warranty claims, and tracking suppliers, etc. 9.
