Role Purpose: To deliver technical support and assistance to customers through the telephone channels defined by operations, promptly diagnosing, managing, and resolving technical incidents while ensuring a positive customer experience, compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and adherence to the quality and productivity standards established by both the company and the end customer. Required Academic Level Technical, technological, or professional degree—preferably in technology, systems, administration, or related fields. Required Experience Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support and assistance. Prior experience in call centers, contact centers, or BPOs is highly valued. Handling and resolution of incidents via telephone channels. Full availability.
