We are currently seeking an Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair Intern—or a candidate from related fields—who wishes to strengthen their knowledge and gain practical experience while supporting the execution, maintenance, and optimization of air conditioning systems in a dynamic, professional, and high-performing environment. Requirements - Currently enrolled as a Technical or Technological student in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or related fields. - Have not previously signed an apprenticeship contract. - Possess official endorsement from your educational institution to begin the productive training phase. - Reside in Bogotá or Soacha. - Basic knowledge of air conditioning equipment maintenance. - Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in teams. Responsibilities - Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for air conditioning and refrigeration systems. - Perform basic equipment diagnostics and assist in troubleshooting. - Ensure proper operation of air conditioning systems across facilities. - Support equipment inspection, cleaning, and adjustment according to established schedules. - Record maintenance activity data and report any anomalies. - Comply with industrial safety protocols and current regulations. - Assist in optimizing maintenance processes to improve operational efficiency.
