An international company is looking to incorporate a Vehicle Database Agent into its team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and recording technical and commercial information related to vehicles across various databases. The selected candidate will support projects linked to the European automotive sector, particularly in the Spanish market; therefore, general knowledge of brands, models, and specifications of vehicles sold in Europe is valued. Main Responsibilities Populate and update databases with commercial and technical vehicle information. Research and validate characteristics of automobiles, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles. Record information related to brands, models, versions, engine types, and equipment. Verify the quality and consistency of entered data. Perform cross-checks and validations of information across different sources. Maintain updated information according to company-defined standards. Prepare basic reports for data tracking and control. Requirements High school diploma, technical or technological degree, or university student in administrative, automotive, or related fields. Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel. Excellent ability to search, analyze, and organize information. Basic or intermediate knowledge of vehicles: Brands and manufacturers. References and versions. Fuel types. Engine displacement and configurations. Transmissions. Equipment and technical specifications. Ability to work autonomously and with attention to detail. Stable internet connection and suitable space for remote work. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of brands and models sold in Europe. Familiarity with the Spanish automotive market. Previous experience in data entry, database management, inventory, or vehicle information analysis. Interest and passion for the automotive sector. Working Conditions 100% remote work.
