Development: Personalized career plan and training programs. **What We Are Looking For** A backend development profile focused on software architecture and real-time data processing, with experience in Java, REST services, and streaming architectures, capable of participating in multiple initiatives and managing end\-to\-end processes in complex environments. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and associated frameworks; * Configure and update architecture components in banking environments; * Design and implement REST services following best practices; * Participate in technical and functional requirements gathering and analysis; * Execute end\-to\-end processes ensuring solution quality and continuity; * Develop and run unit tests using specialized tools; * Manage version control and collaborate on repositories with Git and Bitbucket; * Monitor and optimize batch processes and data flows; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple simultaneous projects; * Apply code quality and static analysis practices using tools such as SonarQube; **Requirements and Qualifications** * 2–3 years of Java development experience (object-oriented programming) with Java 1\.8 or higher; * Experience developing REST services and frameworks such as Spring Batch; * Knowledge of Apache Spark and streaming architectures; * Experience writing unit tests with JUnit and Mockito; * Use of build tools such as Maven; * Proficiency in version control with Git; * Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch; * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins; * Understanding of HTTP protocol and web communication concepts; * Experience in requirements gathering and analysis; * Knowledge of API design and best practices; **Differentiators** * Familiarity with tools such as Bitbucket and Remedy; * Experience with Control\-M; * Experience in DevOps processes; * Knowledge of API design with RAML; * Knowledge of UML for modeling; * Experience in batch processing, transaction handling, and Java log analysis; * Certifications in APX, API Specialized, or Testing (QA); **Soft Skills** * Communication; * Teamwork; * Negotiation; * Customer service orientation; * Self-management; * Problem solving; * Adaptability; * Proactivity; * Stakeholder management; * Relationship building; * Decision making; In compliance with our provisions regarding personal data protection, we inform you that the information you provide will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice available on our website.
