Job Summary: This role involves analyzing and leveraging large datasets to generate valuable insights, designing data pipelines, and owning operational projects. Key Highlights: 1. What You’ll Do: * Analyze various data sources to generate valuable insights for decision-making. * Learn and apply best practices to classify user behavior data in tools and generate additional categorical data based on them. * Engage internal and external clients to fully understand the content of the data. * Analyze and interpret business-related datasets. * Leverage and analyze large datasets, extract valid inferences, and deliver corresponding presentations. * Generate experiences to collect new data sources. * Design data pipelines using technologies such as Domo and Azure. * Assume ownership of certain operational projects. **Requirements** Who Are You? * You have 2–3 years of experience. * You analyze various data sources to generate valuable insights for decision-making. * You possess knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel, and basic understanding of databases and Python programming. * You are familiar with Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, RD Station, or similar. * You have experience creating email and WhatsApp communication campaigns and building workflows across different database segments. * You are familiar with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Salesforce, Segment, Lytics, Adobe, or similar; content personalization; Data Management Platforms (DMPs); and Web Analytics. * You are proficient in data visualization and interpretation using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau. * You know how to generate database segments and apply them effectively. * You know how to build dashboards aligned with KPIs for email and WhatsApp campaign deliveries. * Basic English proficiency. * Strong spelling skills. **Benefits** * An indefinite-term contract with Findasense Colombia, including a 2-month probation period. * 23 working days of vacation!
