Delivering measurable results.* Job Description: Our Quality Analyst get to: * Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. * Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members across areas, understand needs, resolve issues and meet expectations. * Share important information in the form of timely and accurate reports * Proficiency in daily performance tracking, generating reports, and monitoring KPIs. * Ability to analyze trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures. Qualifications: Our most successful candidates will have: * 6\+ months tenure in current role, with no active or recent disciplinary actions. * 6\+ months of experience in Capital One (product knowledge). * English proficiency at B2 level or higher, assessed through SHL test. * Intermediate Excel level. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment while managing tasks efficiently and professionally. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive in building trust and collaborating effectively as a team player.
