Job Description**Manual QA Analyst** We are looking for a **Manual QA Analyst** with experience in projects on the **Salesforce** platform. This person will be responsible for validating functionalities, configurations, and customizations through manual testing, ensuring the quality of delivered solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** Design and execute manual test plans for Salesforce functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).Validate configurations, business rules, workflows, custom objects, and automations.Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Document findings, log defects, and track them to resolution.Collaborate with developers, Salesforce administrators, and functional analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.Participate in agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, retros, etc.) when applicable. **Profile Requirements:**Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manual QA, ideally with at least 1 year in Salesforce projects.Functional knowledge of Salesforce: standard and custom objects, flows, validation rules, etc.Experience with test and defect management tools (Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, etc.).Analytical skills and attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork skills.Salesforce certification (Administrator or App Builder) is a plus, but not mandatory. **Education:**Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
