Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Testing Area Leader with experience in team management, functional and non-functional testing, automation, and continuous process improvement to ensure software quality. Definition of testing strategies and methodologies We are looking for a **Software Testing Area Leader** with experience managing QA teams, functional and non-functional testing, automation, risk analysis, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through rigorous testing and the use of specialized tools, guaranteeing delivery of robust products aligned with company standards. **Requirements** * Minimum 4 years of experience leading testing teams in agile environments (Scrum). * Solid knowledge of unit, functional, and non-functional testing. * Experience in performance testing, quality metric management, and risk analysis. * Proficiency in test automation and test management tools such as: * **JMeter, Postman, Newman, Selenium, SonarQube.** * Experience with version control using **Git**. * Ability to manage test management tools. * Leadership skills and capability for continuous process improvement. **Additional Assets** * Experience with Angular (Frontend) and .NET (Backend). * Certifications in testing or agile methodologies. * Experience in CI/CD and DevOps oriented toward QA. **Responsibilities** * Define testing strategies and methodologies to ensure software quality. * Lead and coordinate the QA team. * Implement and improve automated and manual testing processes. * Analyze risks and define quality metrics. * Manage testing tools and ensure their proper implementation. * Ensure correct execution of performance and non-functional tests. * Collaborate with development and product teams to guarantee successful deliveries.
