Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives, where your purpose accelerates our mission. **What You’ll Do at Baxter:** * Perform minor electrical and mechanical maintenance, including but not limited to replacing or repairing accessories (electrical repairs, mechanical adjustments, etc.) using appropriate hand tools and/or specialized tools. * Support production lines to keep manufacturing machines or equipment operating in optimal condition. * Disassemble equipment or machinery, disconnect controls, and remove defective parts for repair or replacement. * Perform preventive maintenance following tasks outlined in the PM Job Plan. * Identify potential failure modes in machines and equipment. * Upgrade equipment across any of the disciplines mentioned (Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic). * Manually and/or electronically document required information to comply with applicable procedures and specifications. * Provide training to machine operators (Urania, FF\&S, Kensol, etc.). * Work in the machine shop to manufacture fixtures or perform minor repairs of machine parts. * Handle special projects per supervisor assignments. * Observe and ensure compliance with plant EHS requirements. * Learn and apply basic ergonomic principles to reduce work-related discomfort and injuries. * Understand all associated risks, environmental aspects of your area, and support identification of new risks. **What You’ll Bring:** * Graduate or university student in a related field; technician/expert or technologist in Mechanics/Electricity or Electronics. * Minimum 2 years of experience and excellent performance in the required area. * Availability to work from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday). * Availability to work overtime. * Use of miscellaneous office equipment. * Ability to work under pressure. * Strong technical knowledge and solid performance in the following areas: Uson Leak Tester, FFS Machines, Urania/Doboy Band Sealer, Kensol Hot Stamp Printer, and troubleshooting diagnostics. * Knowledge of ultrasonic welding (Desirable). * Basic English proficiency. **Equal Employment Opportunity** Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
