Your top priority will be ensuring passenger and customer safety through the safe maintenance of assigned elevator and escalator units. On a typical day, your responsibilities will include:* Perform 100% of scheduled maintenance and service visits on assigned elevator units * Carry out repairs and TE orders (Customer Orders) * Work within your defined geographic zone/territory, managing the equipment portfolio within it * Proactively and quickly respond to any breakdowns, aiming for first\-time resolution. Responsible for supporting emergency calls along your route * Perform minor repairs to ensure continuous operation * Maintain direct on\-site contact with customers to establish a good working relationship * Responsible for resolving technical issues related to elevators What you’ll need to succeed!* Education: Technical, technological, or professional degree in Electromechanical Maintenance, Electronics, Mechanics, Automation, or related fields. Certification from CONTE, COPNIA, or CONANTEL (if applicable) * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in elevator, escalator, or other electromechanical equipment maintenance * Technical knowledge: Experience using and handling hand tools and electromechanical diagnostic and repair equipment. Ability to interpret procedures, instructions, and field manuals.
