Focuses on continuous process improvement and operational excellence Position: Warehouse Operations Coordinator Location: Colombia, 100% remote Department: Operations Reports to: Operations Manager Contract Type: **Fixed\-term contract (5\-month maternity leave coverage)**, Direct with the company Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7am – 4:30pm, Friday 7am – 4pm (Schedule adapted to our headquarters in Cumming, GA) Salary: $3\.5M COP **Job Summary:** The **Warehouse** **Operations Coordinator** is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the order fulfillment process, coordinating the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders while maintaining high service standards. This role serves as the primary liaison between Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation providers, and Customers to ensure operational excellence throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and customer\-focused, with experience in logistics, international trade, and order management. They are comfortable leveraging **AI and digital tools** to improve operational efficiency, simplify workflows, and support data\-driven decision\-making while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities:** **Order Management \& Customer Operations** * Coordinate the end\-to\-end order fulfillment process, ensuring on\-time and accurate deliveries. * Process and manage customer orders through NetSuite based on inventory availability. * Monitor order status, backorders, and customer service levels. * Ensure compliance with customer\-specific shipping and delivery requirements. **Logistics Coordination** * Coordinate domestic transportation (LTL, FTL, and Full Container Loads). * Plan container unloading schedules and warehouse receiving activities. * Monitor logistics providers to ensure service quality and contractual compliance. * Support inventory planning and shipment coordination. **Continuous Improvement** * Analyze backorders, delivery issues, and customer claims to identify root causes. * Implement corrective actions and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. * Optimize transportation processes and support cost\-saving initiatives. * Leverage AI and digital tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve operational performance. * Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation. **Cross\-Functional Collaboration** * Partner with Sales to support customer onboarding and logistics requirements. * Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehousing, and Transportation teams to resolve operational issues. * Support EDI processes and customer\-specific operational requirements. **Performance \& Reporting** * Monitor logistics KPIs and operational performance. * Track supplier performance and transportation costs. * Support customer satisfaction initiatives through continuous operational follow\-up. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field. **(Mandatory)** * Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, or International Trade. **(Mandatory)** * Experience coordinating customer orders and logistics operations. **(Mandatory)** * Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). * Experience coordinating transportation providers and warehouse operations. * Experience analyzing operational data and identifying process improvements. * Experience using AI and digital productivity tools to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual tasks. * Advanced English (B2 or higher)**.** **(Mandatory)** Advanced Microsoft Excel. * Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems. * Experience in consumer goods, food \& beverage, retail, or import/export industries. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Birthday off * Permanent contract * 100% remote work * We provide the equipment * Essential health insurance * Funeral allowance * Connectivity allowance * Access to the Support Team: our internal wellness program * Ricky Joy Academy: internal professional development * Discount package with corporate partnerships (gym, online courses, hotels, etc.) * Opportunities for advancement within the company
