The expansion of \ means we are now seeking a candidate to fill the role of (**Supervisor \- Quality)** in **(Cartagena)**, reporting to **(Head of Processes and Quality).** **Can you say yes?** ------------------------- Validated education with a minimum of five (5\) years of experience as a Quality Supervisor, Quality Inspector, or in related roles, with experience in conducting inspection tests and analyzing laboratory results. Minimum six (6\) months of specific experience in inspection testing and analysis of laboratory results. One (1\) year of experience in quality processes. In this role, you will play a key role in **ensuring product quality through inspections, measurements, and tests that guarantee compliance with established parameters, as well as leading improvement actions in production processes to optimize efficiency and adherence to quality standards.** **What will you be doing?** -------------------------- ️ Ensure product quality through inspections, measurements, and tests during the production process. ️ Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials and products to verify compliance with quality parameters. ️ Report non-conformities, generate reports, and coordinate corrective actions with the production team. ️ Ensure maintenance, calibration, and proper use of measurement equipment and instruments. ️ Participate in continuous process improvement and in quality monitoring and control activities. **What would we like you to have?** ----------------------------------- We are interested in you as a person; your attitude, behaviors, and values.
