When you join us, you become part of our story and help shape our future. **Join us as** **Installation Technician (Tenerife)** ==================================== #### **Your mission will be:** Carry out the installation process, ensuring the use of defined installation methods and tools to achieve the required performance regarding quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **How will you do it?** * You will carry out installations or modernizations using Schindler's established methods to ensure compliance with objectives. * You will ensure that performance targets have been achieved, including quality and safety policies. * You will report to your team supervisor on hours worked and progress reports. * You will communicate with the client to ensure their satisfaction at all times. #### **What do you need to succeed?** * It will help if you are an Industrial Technical Engineer, hold a Medium or Higher Vocational Training Degree, or Professional Training qualification in industrial maintenance or similar, although other technical qualifications will also be valued. * At least 3 years of experience in similar roles working in assembly environments with a high level of technical complexity. * Previous experience in the elevator industry or related sectors is highly desirable. * Be proactive; staying one step ahead will help you prevent incidents and focus on what matters. * Be results-oriented to push your competencies to the next level. * Elevator Maintenance Certificate is highly desirable. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. #### **What we offer?** * The opportunity to improve people's quality of life.
