We’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Qualifications** **Your Role as a Protagonist of Transformation:** * Develop both adaptations to existing functionality and new features for COBIS applications. COBIS applications integrate with each other as well as with third-party applications. * Support the development, configuration, and maintenance of Artificial Intelligence agents to meet the needs of development teams and the business. * Collaborate to ensure that the resulting software product is of high quality, delivered on committed timelines, and meets established criteria. * Ensure the generation of all elements related to the software product—e.g., source code, test cases, installers, technical documentation, among others. A developer must be oriented toward understanding and modifying all layers of applications: front\-end, middleware, and backend. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we’re looking for to join our \#TopazTeam * Academic background: Technical, technological, or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. * Work experience: Between six (6\) months and two (2\) years in software development, automation, data analysis, technical support, or related areas. * Knowledge of the financial sector and familiarity with agile methodologies, collaborative work, and interest in Generative Artificial Intelligence, AI agents, and process automation. *Basic knowledge in:* Java Spring Boot * Python * Object-oriented programming, data structures, and error handling * REST APIs, JSON, and web services. * Relational databases and SQL. * Git and Azure DevOps. *Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about:* * Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. * RAG architectures and vector databases. * AWS and services such as Amazon Bedrock. *Desirable:* * Academic or personal projects related to chatbots, virtual assistants, automation, or Artificial Intelligence. * Familiarity with tools or frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalents. * Basic knowledge of Docker. * Basic knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Lambda, IAM, or CloudWatch. * Familiarity with vector databases or search engines such as OpenSearch, PostgreSQL/pgvector, or similar. * Basic knowledge of SOAP or REST services. * Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. * Basic proficiency in relational databases. *Required Skills:* * Progressive autonomy, active collaboration, technical curiosity, and openness to learning. * Analytical skills: Ability to analyze problems, follow a methodology, and propose alternative solutions. * Communication skills: Clearly communicate progress, questions, and difficulties; document activities and learnings. * Continuous learning: Demonstrate interest in learning new technologies, AI concepts, and development tools. * Teamwork: Actively participate in multidisciplinary teams and constructively receive feedback. * Customer orientation: Understand internal customer needs and deliver useful, high-quality solutions. * Critical thinking: Identify potential errors, limitations, or incorrect responses from agents and report them promptly. * Time management: Organize tasks, meet agreed commitments, and request support when needed. * Quality orientation: Apply good practices in development, testing, documentation, and version control. * Responsible use of AI: Understand the importance of protecting information and using Artificial Intelligence securely and responsibly. **Additional Information** **Your experience at Topaz is our priority.** More than benefits, we offer a supportive ecosystem enabling you to evolve, transform, and become the protagonist of your career. **Well-being That Empowers the Team:** We care for you through comprehensive health plans.
