In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a key part in guiding, developing, and maintaining technological solutions aligned with DH I\&N’s Global Strategy, through improvements, corrective actions, evolutions, and new projects aimed at optimizing the management and quality of I\&N processes—and thus the company’s economic results—as well as end-customer satisfaction. **Some of the activities you will perform in this role:** You will be engaged via an assignment contract with a temporary staffing agency to:* Guide the implementation of technological solutions by planning, executing, controlling, and monitoring required activities—including scope definition, technical specifications, performance indicators and KPIs, quality and timeline compliance, risk mitigation, financial and actual progress tracking, replanning, and change requests—ensuring achievement of the defined objective. * Coordinate under the guidelines of the Global DH team with Business Process Owners, the Latam DH team, the Digital Solutions Colombia team, and contracts under your responsibility, gathering both technical and functional requirements necessary to evolve technological solutions and appropriately align project progress while ensuring proper system performance. * Support technical and administrative supervision of software contracts and vendors under your responsibility, aiming to optimize implementation timelines, ensure development quality, and improve cost efficiency (investment and expenditure), thereby maximizing the outcomes of contracted services. * Analyze and support the evolution of production information systems within your area of responsibility or delegation, continuously improving their performance and guaranteeing efficient usage while supporting control over assigned investment and expenditure resources. * Participate in the analysis and diagnosis of equipment, link, and communication system failures. * Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions aimed at improving operational continuity. * Consolidate and analyze technical information for preparing management reports and dashboards. **What Will Make You Succeed?****Technical Skills:*** Academic background: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related fields. * Specialization in Information Technologies, Cybersecurity, Technological Infrastructure, Project Management, Data Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, or related areas. * Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), Networks and Telecommunications, Databases, Virtualization, Cybersecurity, IT Service Management, Application Architecture, and Operational Continuity. * Participation in technology update programs, innovation, artificial intelligence, automation, resilience, and industry best practices. * Languages: English B1 **Interpersonal \- Management Skills:*** Enel Values: Innovation, trust, proactivity, flexibility, respect. **Experience:** Four years of professional experience implementing information systems and integrating applications using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. **Are you passionate about leading technological solutions and creating impact through innovation?** To succeed in this role, we seek a candidate with a holistic view of business processes, strong analytical capability, and a results-oriented mindset who demonstrates autonomy, technical leadership, and the ability to coordinate technology initiatives from start to finish.
