Role Objective Support the Talent Attraction team in implementing recruitment and selection strategies, contributing to the identification and acquisition of suitable candidates who align with the organization's culture and values. Main Responsibilities Support in Recruitment Process: * Assist in posting job openings on various platforms, recruitment sources, and social media. * Conduct resume pre-screening and coordinate initial interviews with candidates. * Participate in interviews and candidate evaluations together with the Human Resources team. Interviews and Evaluations: * Conduct telephone and/or virtual interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for positions. * Prepare detailed reports on candidate performance during interviews and present recommendations to the selection team. Research and Analysis: * Research labor market trends and best practices in talent attraction. * Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment sources and propose improvements. Database Management: * Maintain the candidate database up to date, ensuring proper documentation of each selection process. * Prepare reports on the progress of recruitment and selection processes. Candidate Experience: * Provide a positive experience to candidates throughout the selection process, keeping them informed about the status of their application. * Collect candidate feedback regarding their experience in the selection process. Requirements to Apply * Academic Background: Professional in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with interest and passion for Talent Attraction. * Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR areas focused on Personnel Attraction.
