This role combines advanced front\-end development with a strong emphasis on digital experimentation and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with product, UX, analytics, and business teams to technically implement **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)** initiatives—including A/B testing and multivariate tests—ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with front\-end performance, accessibility, and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop highly complex web interfaces using scalable, maintainable, and high-performance architectures. * Lead the technical implementation of digital experiments (A/B testing and multivariate tests), ensuring site stability and performance. * Ensure experimentation implementations do not negatively impact key metrics such as Core Web Vitals or user experience. * Collaborate with product, UX, and analytics teams to transform business hypotheses into measurable interface solutions aimed at improving conversion. * Make technical decisions regarding the front\-end stack and implementation of scalable experimentation tools. * Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability. **Job Requirements:** * Proven experience developing complex, high-traffic web applications. * Experience working in digital optimization, experimentation, or CRO environments. * Advanced proficiency in **JavaScript (ES6\+)**, **HTML5**, and **CSS3 / SASS**. * Solid experience with modern frameworks such as **React**, **Angular**, or **Vue.js**. * Experience implementing experimentation tools technically, e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, etc. * Analytical mindset and ability to interpret user behavior metrics. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode in Bogotá. *We seek flexible, proactive professionals who thrive in team environments, are eager to learn, and possess an innovative spirit!* At Accenture, we believe diversity is the most important source of innovation and competitiveness for organizations and economies that champion it. *All Accenture decisions are made without discrimination based on race, religion, color, sex, age, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason covered by local legislation.* **\#LI\-LATAM**
