Position Summary: Support legal management through case study, tracking, and administration, performing legal research, regulatory analysis, and drafting of legal documents. Key Highlights: 1. Draft legal documents and ensure legal efficiency **Job Objective** Support the organization’s legal management through the study, tracking, and administration of assigned cases, conducting legal research, regulatory and jurisprudential analysis, drafting of legal documents, and other activities that ensure an efficient, timely, and legally compliant legal service. **Main Responsibilities** 1\. File petitions for rights 2\. Track and maintain traceability of Civil Liability proceedings 3\. Analyze cases similar to those assigned and search for relevant jurisprudence to serve as reference for active cases 4\. Draft conciliations and lawsuits 5\. Perform corrections or corresponding actions on lawsuits when not admitted 6\. Ensure compliance with deadlines, whether for reports, expert opinions, or specific court requirements. 7\. Issue summonses for witnesses, experts, and ensure attendance of moral witnesses. 8\. Ensure proper summons for witnesses via commissioned court office 9\. File tutela actions\- tutela incidents (to obtain documentary evidence) 10\. Attend hearings to update the tracking file and comply with deadlines granted therein 11\. Manage official correspondence 12\. Complete the evidence tracking form and ensure compliance with its checklist. 13\. Prepare matrices 14\. Process memoranda 16\. Travel by any means of transportation to entities requiring procedural actions, as authorized by the process leader 17\.
