Job Summary: We are seeking a Public Accountant with comprehensive experience in accounting and tax cycles, capable of leading teams and ensuring reliable financial information for strategic decision-making. A Professional in Public Accounting (with a valid professional license), with a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Public Accountant, preferably with knowledge and proficiency in the SIESA Accounting Software. Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and tax cycles, consolidation of financial figures within corporate groups, tax calculation, preparation of reports, compliance with and updating of tax regulatory requirements. This profile must be capable of leading teams, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring reliable and timely information for financial management and senior executives to support the organization's strategic decision-making. Relevant experience required in the following areas: * Proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting regulations. * Knowledge of national tax regulations and continuous updates regarding regulatory changes. * Preparation and analysis of separate and consolidated financial statements. * Development, implementation, and updating of accounting policy manuals under IFRS and internal control frameworks. * Analysis of accounting, fiscal, and tax closings, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information. * Preparation and submission of reports to regulatory bodies (DIAN, Chamber of Commerce, Superintendence of Societies, DANE, Central Bank of Colombia, Department of Finance, among others). * Management and coordination of internal, external, fiscal, and regulatory audits. * Preparation of financial reports for financial management and senior executives.
