Opportunity for students in their final semesters We are currently seeking an **Accounting Analyst** to strengthen the financial team of the Ciudad Bolívar Transmicable. We seek an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual capable of ensuring accurate recording of accounting transactions and compliance with the company’s tax and financial obligations. Responsibilities * Record and monitor the company’s accounting transactions. * Manage scheduling and execution of payments to suppliers and third parties. * Perform bank, supplier, and accounting account reconciliations. * Administer and control the petty cash fund. * Prepare and record cash receipts, bank deposits, bank memos, and other financial transactions. * Manage issuance and submission of electronic invoices. * Calculate and file taxes in accordance with current regulations (Withholding Tax, ICA, RETEICA, among others). * Prepare external reporting information and magnetic media submissions. * Conduct fixed asset control and recording. * Address inquiries from suppliers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and support monthly accounting closing. Requirements * Technical or technological degree and/or student in final semesters of Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 **year** of experience in accounting-related positions. * Proficiency in ERP platforms, Siesa, and intermediate Excel is desirable. * Experience in accounting systems and DIAN platforms is desirable.
