At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** We are looking for a **Functional IT Analyst** responsible for understanding business needs and transforming them into clear functional and technical requirements for technology teams, supporting the full lifecycle—from requirements elicitation and analysis through implementation and solution validation. You will serve as the liaison point between business, development, and technology areas, ensuring implemented solutions adequately address business needs and generate operational value. Key Responsibilities: * Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements with various business areas. * Translate business needs into **user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications**. * Manage requirements end\-to\-end, from identification through production implementation. * Participate in user story refinement and prioritization sessions with Product Owners and technical teams. * Coordinate and track development activities with internal teams and/or software factories. * Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization. * Perform data analysis and database queries to support functional validations and requirement resolution. * Support functional testing, user validations, and production deployment processes. * Manage incidents and support root cause analysis for issues related to implemented solutions. * Facilitate communication among business, development, architecture, QA, and other involved teams. * Actively participate in cross-functional teams using agile methodologies such as **Scrum and Kanban**. * Develop and maintain up-to-date functional documentation for processes, integrations, and solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional degree in **Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering**, or related fields, with experience as a Functional Analyst, Requirements Manager, Business Analyst, or similar roles within technology projects. * Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and management. * Creation and refinement of user stories. * Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Experience working with development teams, QA, and business areas. * Proficiency with agile methodologies: Scrum and/or Kanban. * Knowledge of **SQL** for querying, analysis, and data validation. * Experience with project and requirements management tools such as **Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar**. * Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle. * Desirable experience in projects related to **CRM, billing, digital channels, e\-commerce, or system integrations**. * Desirable prior experience in **telecommunications** companies or high-transaction technology environments.
