Professional development and growth opportunities Job description Position Description We are seeking a Backend Developer specialized in Golang to participate in technological projects within a dynamic and international environment. The selected candidate will work on developing scalable and high-performance services, collaborating with technical teams to implement efficient, observable, and well-structured solutions. Your Responsibilities Develop scalable services in Go (1\.24\+) with a focus on modern architectures. Design and implement APIs following the Spec\-Driven Development model. Apply advanced Dependency Injection (DI) patterns to ensure modular and testable code. Implement and ensure full observability using OpenTelemetry (metrics, logs, and traces). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvement of applications and technological processes. Your Profile 4–6 years of experience as a backend developer or in similar roles. Solid experience in Golang and scalable service development. Proficiency in gRPC (Protocol Buffers) as the primary inter-service communication mechanism. Experience implementing Dependency Injection (DI) in production environments. Knowledge of OpenTelemetry for monitoring, traceability, and proactive debugging. Experience designing APIs using the Spec\-Driven Development approach. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in collaborative environments and agile methodologies.
