INVOICING ASSISTANT An industrial-sector company requires an Invoicing Assistant for its team, responsible for supporting area-related processes, ensuring accurate business closure through effective cost center settlement, quotation, and invoicing management, while delivering high-quality customer service and contributing to the order and efficiency of the company’s internal processes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Preparation and management of electronic invoicing related to commercial processes. * Registration, updating, and follow-up of cost centers according to internal guidelines. * Execution of periodic cost center closings and consolidation of corresponding information. * Preparation of quotations for customers based on commercial department requirements. * Preparation and submission of monthly reports related to administrative and cost center management. * Provision of basic customer and visitor assistance, supporting reception point operations. * Support in handling, controlling, and archiving delivery notes and commercial documents. * Ensuring order, control, and proper presentation of displays in the showroom. REQUIRED PROFILE * Proficiency in Word Office accounting system. * Technical or technological degree in administration or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in roles related to electronic invoicing. * Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel. * High level of confidentiality, responsibility, and attention to detail. COMPETENCIES * Organization, accuracy, and agility. * Adherence to procedures and deadlines. * Discretion and professional ethics. WE OFFER * Salary: COP 1,900,000 + transportation allowance and statutory benefits. * Contract type: Fixed-term contract for a specific project or service, with possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract after one year. * Employment arrangement: Direct contract with the company. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (every other Saturday). * Work location: Medellín Work location: On-site employment
