A professional responsible for coordinating and executing assigned projects according to BIM methodology, providing direct client support and possessing construction experience. Responsible for team supervision, ensuring deliverable quality, and operating digital design and modeling tools.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects.
* Execute and supervise technical projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
* Address client requirements.
* Support and accompany the client in scheduled meetings.
* Identify technical interferences in models/projects and propose appropriate solutions.
* Conduct architectural and MEP system surveys.
* Supervise, review, and validate technical deliverables, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.
* Report periodic project progress to clients and management.
**Position-Specific Skills:**
* Advanced proficiency in software: **BIM 36,** **Revit, Navisworks, Dalux, AutoCAD**.

**Requirements**

* Professional education in architecture, engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in technical project coordination or similar roles within construction.
* Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
