Job Summary: A professional responsible for coordinating and executing BIM projects, providing direct client support and supervising teams to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and execution of BIM projects with a client-focused approach. 2. Advanced proficiency in BIM 36, Revit, Navisworks, Dalux, and AutoCAD. 3. Education in architecture and engineering, with construction experience. A professional responsible for coordinating and executing assigned projects according to BIM methodology, providing direct client support and possessing construction experience. Responsible for team supervision, ensuring deliverable quality, and operating digital design and modeling tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects. * Execute and supervise technical projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. * Address client requirements. * Support and accompany the client in scheduled meetings. * Identify technical interferences in models/projects and propose appropriate solutions. * Conduct architectural and MEP system surveys. * Supervise, review, and validate technical deliverables, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance. * Report periodic project progress to clients and management. **Position-Specific Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in software: **BIM 36,** **Revit, Navisworks, Dalux, AutoCAD**. **Soft Skills** * Efficient time management and task prioritization. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving project goals. * Strong spelling and writing skills. * Professionalism and accountability. * Team-oriented, collaborative, and multidisciplinary work ethic. * Reliability and commitment to confidentiality and organizational standards. **Requirements** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Technical analysis capability and ability to resolve interferences in collaborative models. * In-depth knowledge of construction processes and coordination across disciplines (architecture and MEP). * Professional education in architecture, engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical project coordination or similar roles within construction. * Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
