




We are seeking a leader for a growing and developing business unit offering financial products and services. **Responsibilities** Plan, organize, direct, and control activities involved in service delivery within the context of business processes; evaluate industry trends and risks applicable to the business. * Formulate, establish, and assess operational strategies using management models and business process frameworks aligned with client requirements, technical parameters, and business process standards. * Measure and validate service prototypes, business process specifications, and solution-related risks according to sector-specific methodologies and best practices. * Determine solution viability based on established evaluation methodologies. * Prepare business solution proposals according to feasibility and technical procedures. * Evaluate and monitor the quality of operational plans and their outcomes against defined objectives, strategies, and management indicators. * Assess solutions from an economic and cost-benefit perspective. * Perform related duties. **Requirements** Proficiency in office productivity tools. Experience with web applications and mobile apps. Intermediate-level proficiency in financial and statistical tools.
