We are seeking Civil Engineers for the position of Construction Resident to plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of construction activities and manage work teams.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
* **Minimum 3 years of experience**, counted from the date of issuance of the professional license
* **Specific experience** in civil works projects, masonry, contractor management, and on-site personnel management.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Plan and coordinate the daily and weekly execution of construction activities in accordance with the approved schedule.
* Supervise the proper technical execution of construction processes, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Monitor the appropriate use of materials, tools, and equipment, verifying productivity and minimizing waste or rework.
* Lead and guide on-site personnel (foremen, skilled workers, assistants), ensuring achievement of targets and compliance with industrial safety standards.
* Prepare daily progress reports, material control reports, and attendance records, consolidating information for weekly site reports.
* Support the Site Coordinator in preparing and reviewing site minutes, estimates, progress measurements, and financial or administrative reports by the deadlines specified for the project.
* Manage material deliveries and verify that they meet technical specifications and requested quantities.
* Coordinate activities with contractors, third-party inspectors (interventoría), and other support departments (SSTMA, quality, administration).
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety programs, guaranteeing adherence to regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Promptly report technical deviations, risks, delays, or inconsistencies in construction processes, proposing corrective actions.
* Ensure proper maintenance and presentation of the worksite, promoting organization, order, and a culture of self-care.
