Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to manage accounts, ensure regulatory compliance (IFRS, tax), and lead a team, supporting financial decision-making at Acema Ingeniería. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage accounting accounts and ERP system configuration 2. Ensure compliance with IFRS and tax regulations 3. Supervise staff and prepare financial reports At Acema Ingeniería, we are currently seeking an **Accountant \- Medellín, Antioquia.** Join our team! **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Public Accounting.** * Preferably hold a specialization or diploma in taxation, international standards (IFRS), or corporate finance. * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting areas. * **Mandatory** verifiable experience managing personnel. * Valid Professional License (TP) issued by the Central Board of Accountants (JCC). **Knowledge:** * Up-to-date knowledge of current tax regulations (national and municipal). * In-depth knowledge of IFRS. * Knowledge of account reconciliation and ERP/accounting software configuration. * Proficiency in transactional portals and platforms of the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN) and local government entities. * Proficiency in tools for fiscal data validation and cross-referencing. **Responsibilities:** **Accounting and Financial Management:** Manage accounting accounts, rigorously ensuring correct information classification and ERP configuration (Softwares ilimada). \- Guarantee and perform reconciliations of accounting accounts, verifying consistency of all balances. \- Control, verify, and ensure proper application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). \- Ensure compliance with internal accounting and financial policies. **Tax Management:** \- Plan, calculate, and timely file municipal and national taxes (withholding tax at source, withholding tax on industry and commerce (ICA), VAT, annual/bi-monthly ICA, income tax, social security contributions (RST)). \- Manage calculation and filing of advance payments under the Simplified Tax Regime (if applicable). \- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and correct submission of external information reporting forms. **Reporting and Auditing:** \- Prepare and submit financial and accounting reports timely to management, facilitating decision-making. \- Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation. **Personnel Management and Leadership:** \- Supervise and manage the performance of personnel under supervision. \- Conduct ongoing feedback sessions with the team to promote continuous improvement and achievement of departmental objectives. **Salary:** To be agreed upon **We want to meet you!** Send your resume to desarrollo.humano@acemaingenieria.com Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary?
