**Job Description**
We are an immigration law firm dedicated to serving our community. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with experience in **customer service** to join our team!
**Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls from our clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Resolve inquiries during the initial call efficiently and clearly.
* Document the call in real time by writing notes in English and saving them in a log.
**Requirements**:
* Minimum one year of experience in a call center or customer service role
* English speaking, writing, and reading proficiency at 90% (B2+)
**Compensation**:
* $3,000,000 to $3,150,000 (COP)
**Schedule**:
* 8 AM–6 PM, Monday through Friday
