This role combines best practices from Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Data Reliability Engineering (DRE), focusing on incident prevention, process automation, reduction of mean time to recovery (MTTR), and improvement of end-to-end operational experience. Leads the definition and governance of service-level indicators (SLIs/SLOs) such as freshness, completeness, latency, reliability, and availability, driving the evolution toward IOps and NoOps operational models. Responsibilities: * Lead the data platform reliability strategy for NEQUI * Design and implement the observability framework based on Grafana + Prometheus * Build and maintain operational runbooks in collaboration with the NEQUI Tech Lead * Lead P1/P2 incident postmortems and track action plans * Identify and execute automation initiatives (iOps, NoOps, AIOps) * Manage the technical backlog of operational debt and reliability improvements * Serve as Stefanini’s technical liaison point with the NEQUI Tech Lead * Propose and execute the AIOps roadmap in coordination with NEQUI * Minimum 3+ years of experience in SRE, DRE, DevOps, or data platform engineering roles within production environments. * Proven experience leading critical incidents and automation projects in data environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in SRE, DRE, DataOps, or Platform Engineering roles * Proficiency in Apache Airflow: DAG management, debugging, pipeline optimization * Experience with dbt (data build tool): modeling, testing, data lineage * Knowledge of Amazon Redshift: administration, query optimization, WLM * Proficiency in Grafana + Prometheus: dashboards, alerts, PromQL * Experience with OpsGenie or equivalent alert management tools * Knowledge of AWS Glue, Lambda, CloudWatch * Familiarity with SRE methodologies: error budgets, SLOs, SLIs, SLAs * Experience with Jira Service Management or equivalent ITSM tools Soft Skills: * Technical leadership and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during critical incidents (P1/P2). * Analytical thinking and focus on solving complex problems. * Ability to conduct root cause analysis (postmortems) and propose structural improvements. * Effective communication to interact with both technical and business teams. * Proactivity, continuous improvement orientation, and performance under pressure. * Ability to clearly and consistently document processes, incidents, and automations. **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
