At Stefanini, we are over 30\.000 brilliant minds connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Proven expertise in designing, building, and optimizing data solutions, with hands-on and demonstrable experience in **Microsoft Fabric**. * This role will focus on developing and maintaining robust and scalable data pipelines, integrating data from diverse sources, and ensuring data is available with quality, traceability, and timeliness for analytics, business intelligence, and data science initiatives. * Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines. * Implement data integration solutions using **Microsoft Fabric**. * Work with **Lakehouse / Data Lake / Data Warehouse** architectures. * Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes originating from various systems and data sources. * Develop transformation processes using **SQL, Python, and/or PySpark**. * Use notebooks and data processing components within Microsoft Fabric. * Manage and optimize data structures on **OneLake, Lakehouse, and Delta tables**, according to the defined architecture. * Ensure data quality, integrity, availability, and traceability. * Design data models oriented toward analytical and business consumption. * Optimize performance of transformation and large-volume data processing workflows. * Participate in defining and evolving data engineering best practices. * Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, Architects, and business teams. * Document processes, data flows, integrations, and developed components. * Support resolution of incidents and issues related to pipelines and information processing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * **Microsoft certifications are valued but not mandatory.** * Demonstrable experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role. * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala). * Experience with data modeling and database design principles. * Familiarity with ETL tools and processes. * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Understanding of data storage concepts and technologies. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment. * Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Essential Technical Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering, integration solution development, BI, or data platform development. * Practical and demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Fabric. * Experience with Fabric Data Factory / Data Pipelines. * Experience working with Lakehouse within the Fabric ecosystem. * Proficiency in SQL. * Experience with Python and/or PySpark. * Experience building ETL/ELT processes. * Knowledge of data modeling and transformation. * Experience handling large volumes of data and multiple sources. * Knowledge of modern data architectures.
